The client required a large-capacity chocolate coating pan capable of supporting modern, automated production. 1)Full Automation with HMI & PLC Control
The coating pan is equipped with an integrated HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and PLC control system.
All major production steps—including chocolate spraying, air blowing, rotating time, and coating cycles—can be programmed and operated automatically through the touchscreen panel.
This ensures stable, repeatable coating quality and significantly reduces operator dependency.
2)Full 304 Stainless Steel Construction
The entire machine is manufactured using food-grade 304 stainless steel, offering superior durability, corrosion resistance, and hygiene.
This construction meets international food safety standards and simplifies daily cleaning and maintenance for long-term use.
3)Discharging Valve to Improve Efficiency
The 1250MM coating pan is designed with a built-in discharging valve.
This feature allows finished products to be released quickly and safely without manual scooping inside the drum.
It greatly reduces labor intensity, shortens batch changeover time, and increases overall production efficiency—especially valuable for large-scale factories.
4)Electrical Heating Plate for Chocolate Melting
To make removing chocolate from the drum easier and more efficient, each drum can be equipped with a portable electric heating plate. When cleaning the drum is needed, the electric heating plate can be turned on to melt the chocolate in the drum before cleaning.
When drum is rotating and production, you can move this portable electrical heating plate.
After installation and testing, the customer reported a significant improvement in production quality and consistency.
The automated control system allowed them to achieve uniform chocolate coating thickness, reduced processing variations, and faster batch turnaround times. The discharging valve and heating plate also helped cut labor costs while improving line efficiency.
