Refining: Additional chocolate conche may be used to reduce particle size for a smoother texture.
Chocolate Tempering Machine precisely control the heating and cooling of chocolate to form stable crystals, ensuring a shiny finish and snap when broken. This is crucial for the final product's appearance and texture.
Chocolate moulding machine: Liquid chocolate is deposited into molds of various shapes and sizes, then cooled to solidify. Vibrating tables help settle the chocolate and remove air bubbles.
Wrapping and Packaging: Automated packaging lines wrap individual pieces and pack them into boxes or bags, often with sealing and labeling machines completing the process.
