Stainless Steel Chocolate Coating Pan

Chocolate polishing machine is used in chocolate and confectionery industry widely. Not only can it be used to coat chocolate or sugar syrup on nuts, peanuts, but also to polish chocolate beans and lentils with shell-lac, arabic gum and colors, etc.
It’s composed by the rotating pan, air blower and electrical heater. We have different versions of coating pan for optional. Like the material can be 304 SS or copper, which is suitable for chocolate and caramel coating separately. Depends on the final products, we can provide different versions of chocolate polishing machine for our customers. .

150-300kg/h Chocolate Beans Making Machine

Chocolate bean machine is used to produce chocolate beans and lentils. By the rotating of two rollers, it will make chocolate beans on the sheet. After cooling and sieving, half-finished beans will come out from the rotating sieve screen.
Depends on customer’s demand, we have semi-automatic and automatic chocolate beans machine. For semi-automatic chocolate beans machine, it’s more flexible and easier for beginners. Not only can it be connected with other chocolate machinery, like chocolate enrober, chocolate depositor, etc, but also save space and cost. For automatic chocolate beans machine, it's with an enclosed working area. So it can keep high standard food hygiene during chocolate beans production. It is composed by mould rollers, cooling system, conveyor belt transmission system, screening rollers, and PLC control system.

Automatic Belt Coating Machine

Our automatic belt coating machine is designed and manufactured for coating chocolate or powder materials on products like peanuts, almonds, etc. It’s controlled by PLC which means customer can save different formula and recipes which obviously is convenient for operators. Eight sprayers will bring smooth and even coating on surface of products.
The yields range from 200kg/h to 300kg/h which is determined by different products and different weight ratio. By working with chocolate feeding system and cooling air system, the whole production process is automatic running. It has bigger capacity and higher efficiency compared with chocolate coating pan.
