We have two depositing ways, namely depositor+ moulds and depositor+ belt. The depositor+moulds is chocolate moulding machine, which is suitable for the production of regular-shaped chocolates, such as chocolate slabs, chocolate tablets, filled chocolates, chocolate with inclusions, two-color chocolate and biscuit/wafer chocolate, etc. The depositor + belt is chocolate chips line, which is suitable for the production of chips and drops by different shapes, such as button shape, water drop shape and bell shape.

Types of of of Chocolate Depositor Machine

Depends on capacity, we have semi-automatic and automatic chocolate moulding machine; Semi-automatic chocolate moulding machine is composed by moulds drying&pushing tunnel and depositor. Automatic chocolate moulding machine is composed by moulding drying tunnel, depositor, viborator, cooling tunnel and demoulding device, which all process are automatic operation.
Depends on types of chocolates, we have one shot depositor, two depoitors, three depositors and shell moulding line.

Stainless Steel Chocolate Coating Pan

Chocolate polishing machine is used in chocolate and confectionery industry widely. Not only can it be used to coat chocolate or sugar syrup on nuts, peanuts, but also to polish chocolate beans and lentils with shell-lac, arabic gum and colors, etc.
It’s composed by the rotating pan, air blower and electrical heater. We have different versions of coating pan for optional. Like the material can be 304 SS or copper, which is suitable for chocolate and caramel coating separately. Depends on the final products, we can provide different versions of chocolate polishing machine for our customers. .

Chocolate chips line is applied to making chocolate chips, chocolate drops, and chocolate buttons, etc which used for B2B business mainly. It’s composed by chips depositor and cooling tunnel. No matter the width of depositor or length of cooling tunnel, both of them can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
By changing distribution plate and setting parameters in PLC, it can produce chocolate chips or drops in different weight. The chips/drops can be used in bakery industry, like cake, biscuit decorating or melted as chocolate mas, cocoa mass, etc.

The chocolate mass is sucked into distribution plate and deposited into moulds by pistions; The rotary valve works like a switch durning the pistons are moving. Quantity of dopositing can be controlled by distance of pistons moving which driven by servo motor or pneumatic cylinder.

Our chocolate moulding machine is controlled by PLC, so you can set the parameters easily. For depositors, customer can choose servo motor which brings more accurate dosing.
