On August 12, Suzhou Harmo Food Machinery delivered a customized 400 mm wide, 18 m long chocolate cooling tunnel to a customer in the United States.
The new chocolate cooling tunnel is designed to connect seamlessly with the customer's existing chocolate enrober, providing additional cooling capacity and supporting continuous chocolate coating production.
The 400 mm wide chocolate cooling tunnel was custom-designed according to the customer's existing chocolate enrober and production layout. The customized structure allows the cooling tunnel to connect smoothly with the existing chocolate coating line, helping minimize modifications to the customer's current production system.
The cooling tunnel is equipped with a 10 mm diameter conveyor nose, providing a smooth transition between the existing chocolate enrober and the cooling tunnel. This design helps ensure reliable product transfer and reduces the risk of product deformation or transfer issues.
With an 18 m cooling length, the system provides sufficient cooling time for chocolate-coated products to achieve the required setting and stability before the next production stage.
The extended cooling length can also support higher production speeds, helping manufacturers increase production capacity while maintaining consistent chocolate coating quality.
This project demonstrates Suzhou Harmo Food Machinery's ability to provide customized chocolate cooling tunnels for integration with existing chocolate enrobing lines.
By designing the cooling tunnel according to the customer's existing equipment, product specifications, and factory layout, manufacturers can expand cooling capacity without replacing their complete chocolate coating system.
