The tempering machine allows you to achieve appropriate chocolate crystallization with the desired consistency through the heating and cooling process.
A moulding machine is a semi-automatic or automatic equipment that produces various chocolates. The processing includes mould drying, depositing, vibration, cooling and demoulding. By adding accessories like caramel depositor, crushed nuts feeder and biscuits feeder, etc, it can produce chocolate with center filling, chocolate with inclusions, etc.
