The supplied equipment consists of two 1000L universal chocolate conche refiners, each designed to perform mixing, refining/grinding, and conching in one machine. The conche refiner operates efficiently using 25–27°C cooling water, which means a standard cooling water tower is sufficient. This feature helps the client reduce infrastructure costs and simplifies factory utilities, especially in regions with high ambient temperatures.
Each 1000L conche refiner is equipped with a high-efficiency exhaust fan. During the conching process, moisture and unwanted odors released from raw materials are effectively expelled. This significantly improves the final chocolate aroma, flavor development, and overall product quality.
The machines are fitted with solenoid valves and an automatic temperature control system, allowing precise regulation of chocolate mass temperature throughout production. Automatic control ensures optimal processing conditions, prevents overheating, and improves consistency between batches.
